On the commentary’s "Such as the vastly great power and so forth, as in the 'Inconceivable Dharmas' chapter": this is in fascicle forty-seven, which says, "Disciples of the Buddha! All the Buddha World-Honoured Ones possess ten kinds of vastly great power, supreme power, immeasurable power, great majestic power, difficult-to-obtain power, non-retrogressing power, firm power, indestructible power, power inconceivable to all the world, power unshakeable by any sentient beings, and the valorous dharmas of the banner of great Nārāyaṇa. What are the ten? Namely, the bodies of all Buddhas being indestructible and so forth is the first." These ten powers pervade the ten valorous dharmas, as elaborated in that text. Now their names are briefly cited: first, the power of indestructible life and body; second, the power of pore-containment; third, the power of a hair holding great mountains; fourth, the power of mastery in meditative application; fifth, the power of constantly and ubiquitously expounding the Dharma; sixth, the power of subjugating Māra through virtuous characteristics; seventh, the power of the complete voice permeating everywhere; eighth, the power of a mind without obstruction; ninth, the power of the subtle and secret dharmakāya; tenth, the power of fully endowed practice and cognition. Each individual power contains manifold principles, fully set forth in the text below.
