Regarding the commentary's statement, "In the chapter 'Inconceivable Dharmas', the Buddhas, the World-Honoured Ones, have ten dharmas that pervade the measureless and boundless dharmadhātu": this refers to the forty-sixth fascicle of the sūtra, which says: "What are the ten? Namely, all Buddhas have boundless bodies whose physical forms and marks are pure, universally entering into all destinies without defilement or attachment. Second, unhindered eyes that clearly see all dharmas. Third, unhindered ears that can fully understand all sounds. Fourth, noses that can reach the other shore of all Buddhas' sovereign mastery. Fifth, broad and long tongues that emit wondrous voices pervading the dharmadhātu. Sixth, bodies that respond to sentient beings, causing them all to see them. Seventh, minds that abide in the unhindered, equal dharmakāya. Eighth, unhindered liberations that manifest inexhaustible great supernormal powers. Ninth, pure worlds, manifesting multiple Buddha lands according to what sentient beings delight in, replete with measureless, diverse adornments, yet without generating defilement or attachment therein. Tenth, the wisdom in which the bodhisattva practices and vows are perfected, roaming with sovereign mastery, and being fully capable of penetrating all Buddhadharmas. Sons of the Buddha! These are the ten boundless Buddhadharmas of the Tathāgatas, the Arhats, the Samyaksaṃbuddhas." In each and every phrase there are the words "all Buddhas have boundless...", exactly as in the first phrase; only the fifth phrase, regarding the tongue, lacks the word "boundless", because it is replaced by "broad and long".
