Regarding the commentary stating, "Now, seeing the real": this is from the Vimalakīrtinirdeśa-sūtra, "Chapter on Entering the Dharma Gate of Non-Duality": "The Bodhisattva Delighting in the Real said: 'The real and the unreal are two. One who truly sees does not even see the real, much less the unreal. Why? It is not seen by the physical eye, but by the eye of wisdom. And this eye of wisdom has nothing seen and nothing unseen; this is entering the Dharma gate of non-duality.'" This clarifies that the real is the truth of reality. The unreal is conditioned arising and provisional combination. Now, one does not even apprehend the suchness that is realized, how much less the provisionally existing phenomena outside suchness?
