45.4

In the Commentary, from "Knowledge-and-vision and wisdom" onwards, the fourth [part] resolves objections, which is the objection concerning mutual confusion. First the objection, then the answer. Regarding "the three explanations in the Buddhabhūmi": the present is the first explanation. The second says: "All are unimpeded wisdom conditioned by liberation, termed the knowledge and vision of liberation." "Wisdom conditioned by liberation" is wisdom conditioned by the truth of cessation. Wisdom conditioned by the rest is wisdom conditioned by the remaining three truths, etc. The third says: "All pervade those in training and beyond training; attained partially in the stage of training and completely in the stage beyond training, because all buddhas and bodhisattvas possess all five."
