Regarding the Commentary's stating, "Or delusion regarding the expounded accomplishment of truth" and so forth: this refers to the meaning of the ten truths in the fifth ground. As for the ten truths, they are the ten kinds of contemplation of the four truths, namely: 1. skill in knowing the conventional truth; 2. skill in knowing the ultimate truth; 3. skill in knowing the characteristic truth; 4. skill in knowing the differential truth; 5. skill in knowing the establishment truth; 6. skill in knowing the factual truth; 7. skill in knowing the arising truth; 8. skill in knowing the truth of exhaustion and non-arising; 9. skill in knowing the truth of entering the path; 10. skill in knowing all bodhisattva grounds. They are sequentially accomplished, up to skill in knowing the truth of the accomplishment of the Tathāgata's wisdom. Stating here "expounded accomplishment" is the name of the fifth truth of establishment in the treatise and sūtra. Because this fifth one contemplates the assembly through the dependent origination of the four truths, it is singled out and manifested according to speech; thus, in the treatise it is called "expounded accomplishment."
