Regarding the Commentary's stating, "If taking the tenth ground as the pure gold net, it directly corresponds to the tenth ground": below, it directly follows the meaning that the gold net is a single cakravartin with many wholesome roots, establishing it with three meanings: 1. taking the fearless pearl as the meaning of pure; 2. taking the scope of the person's transformation as identical to the meaning of the tenth ground, which is the subsequent line of the sūtra stating, "Abiding in this station of a cakravartin, he teaches and transforms sentient beings in worlds numbering the dust motes of a hundred thousand kotis of nayutas of buddha-realms," directly identical to the scope of transformation within the retribution fruit of the tenth ground; 3. from "therefore below, this king..." onward, it establishes it through the text on revolving benefits. Since this king's revolving benefits still all attain the tenth ground, one knows that this king is precisely the tenth ground. Therefore that sūtra states: "The bodhisattva peacefully abiding in the station of a pure gold net cakravartin is also like this." Thus the gold net is not that which is equaled, but precisely the tenth ground. However, although the character "gold" is absent in the Yingluo, it may exist in other sūtras, which is why the Vajraśekhara-sūtra extensively explains the golden wheel uṣṇīṣa.
