11.15

第九主夜神，明善法行，主力波羅蜜。法力已成，法王功辦，常處生死長夜，以法照明世間故，名善法行。於中十神，主力波羅蜜中十波羅蜜。是女神也，此為善財童子十地中知識故，以明此位行體徹十地法故。

Ninth, the night-governing spirits illuminate the practice of good dharmas, presiding over the perfection of power (balapāramitā). The power of the Dharma having been achieved and the work of the Dharma King having been completed, they constantly dwell in the long night of saṃsāra to illuminate the world with the Dharma; hence it is called the 'practice of good dharmas.' The ten spirits among them illuminate the ten perfections within the perfection of power. They are female spirits, and because they serve as the kalyāṇamitras for the youth Sudhana in the ten grounds, this illuminates that the essence of practice in this stage penetrates the dharmas of the ten grounds.
