三都會此十住六品經意者，一〈昇須彌頂品〉，明信終昇進。二〈須彌頂上偈讚品〉，明偈讚當位之法，勸修昇進之理。三〈十住品〉，明當位所行之行。四〈梵行品〉，明總十住之中所持無相之性戒。五〈發心功德品〉，明於十住之中發心所得功德之量。六〈明法品〉，即明當位之法，昇進向十行之因。此六品明當位之修行因果及向十行之因。

As for the third, 'collectively summarizing the purport of the six chapters on the ten abodes': 1. The 'Chapter on Ascending to the Peak of Mount Sumeru' clarifies ascending and progressing at the conclusion of faith. 2. The 'Chapter on Verses of Praise on the Peak of Mount Sumeru' clarifies praising the Dharma of the corresponding stage with verses, exhorting the principle of cultivation, ascension, and progress. 3. The 'Chapter on the Ten Abodes' clarifies the practices performed in the corresponding stage. 4. The 'Chapter on Brahmacarya' clarifies the nature precepts of formlessness maintained generally throughout the ten abodes. 5. The 'Chapter on the Merit of Generating the Mind' clarifies the measure of merit attained by generating the mind within the ten abodes. 6. The 'Chapter on Clarifying the Dharma' clarifies the Dharma of the corresponding stage, the cause of ascending and progressing toward the ten practices. These six chapters clarify the causes and effects of cultivation in the corresponding stage and the cause of heading toward the ten practices.
