Within the fourth major section, there are twenty-two and a half lines of the sūtra, which are further divided into four subsections. First, the twelve lines of the sūtra from "At that time all the Buddhas of the ten directions" onward to "falls into the reckoning of Buddhas" explain the section where this bodhisattva receives the position and receives the light emitted by all the Buddhas of the ten directions as anointment of the crown. Second, the six lines of the sūtra from "Disciples of the Buddha, just as a wheel-turning sage king" onward to "is also named a wheel-turning sage king" explain the section citing the analogy of a wheel-turning king receiving the position of eldest son, where his crown is anointed with the water of the four great oceans. Third, the roughly two lines of the sūtra from "The bodhisattva receiving the position is also like this" onward to "falls into the reckoning of Buddhas" explain that when the bodhisattva receives the position, his crown is anointed with the water of the four wisdoms of all the Buddhas, whereupon he falls into the reckoning of Buddhas. Fourth, the roughly three lines of the sūtra from "Disciples of the Buddha" onward summarize the section where, upon receiving the position through the wisdom-light anointment of the crown, virtuous conduct is redoubled. The above four sections of the sūtra explain that the wisdom of the ten grounds is perfected, and the Dharma accords with all the Buddhas emitting light to anoint the crown; because wisdom equals that of all the Buddhas, they seal and unite with the wisdom-marks of the Buddha fruit. Furthermore, it initiates and develops the eleventh ground and matures the wondrous wisdom of buddhahood. It is in this tenth ground that the Buddha's wisdom is first manifested, and only in the eleventh ground does it attain sovereign mastery. The rest is as the text itself fully provides.
