第二《無量壽觀經》淨土者，為一分未信法空實理眾生樂妙色相者，令使以其心想想彼色像，想成就故而生佛國。此權非實。

Regarding the second, the pure land of the Contemplation of the Buddha of Immeasurable Life Sūtra: for sentient beings who do not yet trust in the real principle of the emptiness of phenomena and delight in wondrous physical marks and forms, it causes them to contemplate those physical forms with their minds; because their contemplation is brought to fruition, they are reborn in the buddha-land. This is provisional and not ultimate.
