The bodhi-realm of all sentient beings,
Pure, spotless white, its wisdom indestructible;
The priceless jewel of wisdom is within one's robes,
Yet one wishes only to remain poor forever, dwelling outside the gate.
The vast and great jewel carriage stands at the crossroads,
With Mañjuśrī leading the way and Samantabhadra assisting;
The plump, strong white ox has immense strength,
Roaming everywhere in a single thought without rolling up or spreading out.
Unable to enter such a jewel carriage,
One delights only in toilsome hardship, standing before the gate;
Unaware that one's own body is always within it,
When told to mount it, one constantly says, "I cannot reach it."
