1.67

第六自他門者，若論願意，唯他非自。故此經云「以此實願安慰無量眾生」。若以境別心，初一後一是自利願，第二是利他願。又前二顯正願，後一摧邪願也。

Sixth, the section on self and other: if discussed in terms of the intention of the vows, they are solely for others and not for oneself. Thus this sūtra says: "With this true vow, comfort immeasurable sentient beings." If distinguishing the mind according to its object: the first and the last are vows for the benefit of oneself, while the second is a vow for the benefit of others. Furthermore, the first two reveal the correct vows, while the last one crushes the false vows.
