經曰「設我得佛」至「不取正覺」者，述云：第二、攝菩薩願。有二：此初、攝他國菩薩也。常倫者，即凡夫之屬故。諸地亦初劫之地。

Regarding the passage from the sūtra stating, "If, when I attain Buddhahood..." to "may I not attain the correct awakening": the commentary states: The second are the vows gathering bodhisattvas. There are two: this first gathers bodhisattvas of other lands. "Ordinary ranks" refers to the category of ordinary beings. "All stages" also refers to the stages of the first kalpa.
