經曰「設我得佛」至「不取正覺」者，述云：此後、攝自土菩薩願。有八：此初、承力供聖願也。

Regarding the passage from the sūtra stating, "If, when I attain Buddhahood..." to "may I not attain the correct awakening": the commentary states: These subsequent ones are the vows gathering bodhisattvas of his own land. There are eight: this first is the vow to receive power and make offerings to the holy ones.
