經曰「佛告阿難」至「以偈頌曰」者，述云：第四、自誓感瑞，有二：此初、瑣文也。

The sūtra says: "The Buddha told Ānanda..." up to "praised in verse, saying:" The commentary states: Fourth, making his own vows and evoking auspicious portents. There are two parts: this first is the transitional text.
