經曰「一向專志莊嚴土」者，述云：此後、正申勝行。有二：初、修土行；後、脩身行。初又有二：此初、修因也。

The sūtra says: "Single-mindedly and exclusively intent on adorning the land." The commentary states: This next directly states the supreme practices. There are two parts: first, cultivating practices for the land; second, cultivating practices for the person. The first also has two parts: this first is cultivating the causes.
