經曰「修習善言」至「人我兼利」者，述云：此後、攝善也。修善言故遠離麁言，修三利故遠離三害。

Regarding the passage from "cultivating good speech" to "benefiting both self and others": The commentary states: This second part is gathering goodness. Cultivating good speech, he therefore distances harsh speech; cultivating the three benefits, he therefore distances the three harms.
