經曰「若有眾生」至「亦如今也」者，述云：第四、聞光獲利。即投報體禮喜天人致敬願之所成也。

On the sūtra passage from "If there are sentient beings" to "as it is today": The Commentary states: The fourth part concerns obtaining benefit upon hearing of the light. This is what was accomplished by the vow that beings prostrate themselves, rejoice, and pay homage, and that devas and humans revere them.
