經曰「佛言我說」至「尚未能盡」者，述云：此第二、結歎也。即不虛作住持莊嚴故，論云「觀佛本願力遇無空過者，能令速滿足功德大寶海」故。

On the sūtra passage from "The Buddha said: 'Even if I were to speak'" to "I would still not be able to exhaust it": The Commentary states: This second part concludes the praise. That is, it is the adornment of maintaining [the land] without vanity; as the treatise says: "Contemplating the power of the Buddha's original vows, / None who encounter it pass by in vain; / It can cause them quickly to become replete / With the great treasure ocean of merit."
