經曰「亦有自然」至「最為第一」者，述云：此第二、樂莊嚴也。於虛空不從樹風而有，故云自然。所顯者皆佛法，故無非法音。音非唯可愛亦乃隨，故云哀亮。即虛空莊嚴故，論云「無量寶交絡羅網遍虛空，種種鈴發響宣吐妙法音」故。

On the sūtra passage from "There is also spontaneous" to "foremost and supreme": The Commentary states: This second part is the adornment of music. It exists in empty space and does not arise from trees or wind, hence it is said to be "spontaneous." That which is revealed is all the Buddha-Dharma, hence there is no sound that is not the Dharma. The sound is not only pleasing but also harmonious, hence it is called plaintive and clear. This is the adornment of empty space, as the treatise says: "Immeasurable jewels interlace; / Netting covers empty space; / Various bells ring out, / Proclaiming the wondrous Dharma sound."
