經曰「佛告阿難」至「千億倍也」者，述云：此第三、對之顯勝也。對第六天者，欲界中勝故也。

On the sūtra passage from "The Buddha told Ānanda" to "a thousand billion times": The Commentary states: This third part reveals its superiority by comparison. Comparing it to the sixth heaven is because it is the supreme within the desire realm.
