經曰「一一光中」至「於佛正道」者，述云：此後、華光利物也。即宮莊嚴故，論云「如來微妙聲梵響聞十方」故。

Regarding the sūtra saying from “within each ray of light” down to “in the true path of the Buddhas,” the commentary states: This latter part is the flower-light benefiting beings. This is the adornment of the palaces; hence the treatise says, “The Tathāgata’s subtle and marvelous voice, like the sound of Brahmā, is heard throughout the ten directions.”
