2.67

經曰「正覺大音響流十方」者，述云：此第二、歎口業也。大音者，即語密之音。如來之聲更無過此，故云大音。響者，即顯了之音，逐宜而有分限發故。

On the passage where the sūtra states, "The great voice of the Fully Enlightened One resonates throughout the ten directions": The commentary states: This is, secondly, praising verbal karma. "Great voice" refers to the voice of secret speech. Because no sound exceeds the sound of the Tathāgata, it is called the "great voice." "Resonates" refers to the clearly manifested sound, which is produced with determinate limits in accordance with what is fitting.
