經曰「未曾慢恣」者，述云：此第三、結自行淨也。於所修行生恭敬，故無慢；亦無間，故無恣。

The sūtra says: "Never arrogant or self-indulgent." The commentary states: This third part concludes the purity of their own practice. Regarding the practices they cultivate, they generate reverence, hence are without arrogance; they are also without interruption, hence without self-indulgence.
