經曰「汝今亦可」至「積累善本」者，述云：第二、勸修行。有二：此初、正勸脩捨也。病者內苦，痛者外苦。

On the sūtra's words from "You now may also" to "accumulate roots of goodness": the commentary states: Second, urging practice. There are two parts: this first directly urges cultivation and relinquishment. Sickness is internal suffering; pain is external suffering.
