經曰「佛語阿難」至「欲生彼國」者，述云：第三、釋下輩。有二：此初、總摽也。

On the sūtra passage from 'The Buddha said to Ānanda' to 'desire to be born in that land': The Commentary states: The third explains the lower tier. There are two [parts]: this is the first, the general introduction.
