經曰「佛告彌勒」至「展轉相生」者，述云：第三、總釋。有二：初、總釋所離；後、總釋所得。初又有二：此初、總標也。

The sūtra says: 'The Buddha told Maitreya...' up to 'giving rise to one another in turn.' The commentary states: The third is the general explanation. It has two parts: first, a general explanation of what is abandoned; second, a general explanation of what is attained. The first also has two parts: here first, the general presentation.
