經曰「於是彌勒」至「不敢違失」者，述云：此第二、彌勒領解也。甚苦實爾者，領解。不敢違失者，奉行。不敢者，畏也。

On the passage from the sūtra beginning "Thereupon Maitreya" to "dare not violate or fail": the commentary states: This is the second part, Maitreya grasping and understanding. 'It is indeed extremely painful' is grasping and understanding. 'Dare not violate or fail' is respectfully putting it into practice. 'Daring not' means being in awe.
