經曰「爾時世尊」至「正覺之心」者，述云：第二、彰說利益。有三：此初、發願益也。

On the passage from the sūtra from "At that time the World-Honoured One" to "the mind of right awakening", the commentary states: The second section reveals the benefits of the teaching. It has three parts: this first part is the benefit of generating vows.
