經曰「佛說經已」至「靡不歡喜」者，述云：此第四、大眾喜行也。

The sūtra states: "When the Buddha had finished preaching this sūtra" down to "none who did not rejoice." The commentary states: This is the fourth [section], the great assembly rejoicing and practicing.
