經曰「至彼嚴淨國」至「受記成等覺」者，述云：此第二、得通成覺歎。即前當授菩薩記是也。

On the sūtra's words from "Reaching that adorned pure land" to "Receive the prophecy and achieve equal awakening," the Commentary states: This second part is the praise of attaining supernormal powers and achieving awakening. That is, it corresponds to the earlier prophesying of the bodhisattvas.
