經曰「其佛本願力」至「自致不退轉」者，述云：此第三、聞名不退歎。即前住正定聚也。

On the sūtra's words from "Through the power of that buddha's original vow" to "Naturally arrive at non-retrogression," the Commentary states: This third part is the praise of hearing the name and non-retrogression. That is, it corresponds to the earlier abiding in the stage of right certainty.
