3.38

經曰「菩薩興至願」至「還到安養國」者，述云：此第四、逐願供佛歎也。願所得土如彌陀國，故云國無異。即求淨土願也。願作佛時，德名遠聞，故云名顯十方。即求佛身願也。

On the sūtra's words from "Bodhisattvas give rise to supreme vows" to "Return again to the Land of Peace and Sustenance," the Commentary states: This fourth part is the praise of making offerings to buddhas in accordance with vows. Vowing that the land they obtain will be like Amida's land, it therefore says "the land is no different." This is the vow seeking a pure land. Vowing that when they become buddhas, their virtuous names will be heard far and wide, it says "names manifest in the ten directions." This is the vow seeking the Buddha's body.
