經曰「設滿世界火」至「廣度生死流」者，述云：此後、勸心不退也。

On the sūtra's words from "Even if fire fills the world" to "Broadly crossing over the flow of birth and death," the Commentary states: Hereafter is exhorting the mind to not retrogress.
