3.75

一、從佛告阿難下，至除苦惱法已來，正明勅聽許說。即有其三。一明告命二人。二明勅聽，令之諦受正念修行。三明佛為說華座觀法，但能住心緣念，罪苦得除。

First, from "The Buddha told Ānanda" down to "the Dharma for eliminating suffering and distress," it directly explains instructing them to listen and promising to speak. There are three points: first, it explains addressing the two persons; second, it explains instructing them to listen, ordering them to receive it attentively and practice with right mindfulness; third, it explains that the Buddha expounds the method of the lotus throne contemplation for them, and if only they can settle their minds and focus their thoughts, their sinful suffering will be eliminated.
