二、從汝等憶持下，至解說已來，正明勸發流通。此明觀法深要，急救常沒眾生妄愛迷心漂流六道。汝持此觀處處勸修，普得知聞同昇解脫。

Second, from "You must remember and maintain" down to "explain it," it directly explains encouraging them to propagate it. This explains that the contemplation method is profound and essential, urgently rescuing sentient beings who constantly sink, whose minds are deluded by false craving, drifting through the six destinies. If you maintain this contemplation, encourage its practice everywhere, so that all may hear of it and ascend together to liberation.
