七、從佛說此語時已下，正明能請能傳等聞所未聞，見所未見，遇飡甘露，喜躍無以自勝也。

Seventh, the passage from "when the Buddha spoke these words" downward directly clarifies that those capable of requesting and transmitting heard what they had never heard before and saw what they had never seen before; encountering and tasting the amṛta, their joy was beyond measure.
