「佛告阿難及韋提希：『地想成已，次觀寶樹。』」告勅之語或標不標，譯人之變。二、正明，中二：初、舉所觀；二、示能觀。初、所觀，二：初、示體量；二、明莊嚴。初、示體量，三：初、教遍觀；二、示行數；三、明高量。初。教遍觀。

"The Buddha said to Ānanda and Vaidehī: ‘Once the contemplation of the ground is accomplished, next contemplate the jeweled trees.’" Words of admonition and instruction are sometimes explicit and sometimes not; this is due to variations among translators. Second, directly explaining, with two parts: first, presenting the object contemplated; second, showing the contemplating [mind].
