次明第二菩薩功德莊嚴。文分為五：一、常隨眾；二、新賢；三、舊聖；四、勸往生；五、釋勸。初文有二：一總標、二眾，後結成嚴土。

The text is divided into five parts: first, the assembly of constant attendants; second, the newly worthy; third, the ancient sages; fourth, exhortation to rebirth; fifth, explaining the exhortation.
