經曰：「是故，舍利弗！諸善男子若有信者，應當發願願生彼國」，次釋第四勸生也。汝等若信我語者，發願生彼國也。

The sūtra says: 'Therefore, Śāriputra, if there are good men who have faith, they should make the vow, wishing to be born in that land.' Next, this is the fourth part of the commentary, exhorting to be born. If you believe my words, you should make the vow to be born in that land.
