自下第三明流通分，即依教奉行分也。文有三：初能說已周、次所聞已備、後歡喜頂受。

From here on, the third part clarifies the transmission section (parīndanā), which is the section on practicing in accordance with the teaching. The text has three parts: first, what could be preached has been completed; second, what was heard has been fully provided; third, rejoicing and receiving it atop one's head.
