46.34

案僧亮曰：所以前言「不」，而此言「未」者，以內有涅槃可得言不，外無涅槃故云未也。寶亮曰：義類前也。唯未生未生，應云不生生生為便也。

Sengliang notes: Why did it previously say 'un-' (不) and here say 'not yet' (未)? Because internally there is nirvāṇa, one can say 'un-'; externally there is no nirvāṇa, so it says 'not yet.' Baoliang notes: The meaning is analogous to the previous one. Only for 'not-yet-born not being born', it would be more convenient to say 'unborn born being born.'
