第二辯供，文顯可知，就第三段獻呪文中，別有六段：一自宣己心，彰己愛法；二「男子、女人為供養」下明呪所為，為於一切諸持法者；三「啅枳」下正宣呪詞；四「是呪能」下辯呪功能；五「為伏」已下明說呪意；六「若有能」下明持者獲益，亦得名為舉益勸持。初中「我等愛樂大乘」，是攝法心；「守護大乘」，是護法心。魔多虛詐，懼佛不信，故發此言，顯己誠意。

In the third section on presenting the spell, the text has six distinct parts: first, he personally declares his own intention, demonstrating his love for the Dharma; second, from "If men and women, for the sake of making offerings..." downward clarifies the purpose of the spell, which is for all those who uphold the Dharma; third, from "ṭo-ke" downward is the actual recitation of the spell words; fourth, from "this spell can..." downward explains the efficacy of the spell; fifth, from "in order to subdue..." downward clarifies the purpose of speaking the spell; sixth, from "if there are those who can..." downward clarifies the benefits obtained by those who uphold it, which may also be termed pointing out benefits to encourage upholding. In the first part, "we cherish and delight in the Great Vehicle" is the mind that embraces the Dharma; "protecting the Great Vehicle" is the mind that guards the Dharma. Demons are full of deceit and falsehood, and fearing that the Buddha would not believe him, he made this declaration to display his sincere intention.
