第三段中，初明受心亦因亦果，「當觀」已下勸人觀察。「云何」下釋，「是故」下結。

In the third section, it first clarifies that the mind of feeling is both a cause and a fruit; from "One should contemplate..." onward, it exhorts people to contemplate. From "How..." downward explains it; from "For this reason..." downward concludes.
