次答第二，先牒問詞，下對辨釋。「觀獲四事」總以標舉、次列、下辨。解初可知。釋第二中，「悉能呵責內外惱」者，於十使中，迷理生者名內煩惱，緣事生者名外煩惱。後二可知。

Next is the answer to the second [question]. It first repeats the words of the question, and below provides an explanation in response. "Observing and obtaining four things": this summarizes by presentation, then lists them, and below distinguishes them. The explanation of the first can be understood. In explaining the second, "fully able to reproach inner and outer afflictions": among the ten underlying tendencies, those arising from delusion regarding principle are called inner afflictions, while those arising in relation to phenomena are called outer afflictions. The latter two can be understood.
