下第十三明觀已行。初略標舉，「繫心修行」辨其行相，「如彼䱜魚」彰法同喻。

Below, the thirteenth [section] clarifies "having contemplated, one then practices." First, it briefly sets forth [the topic]; "binding the mind in cultivation" distinguishes the characteristics of their practice; "like that crocodile (makara)" clarifies the correspondence of the Dharma to the metaphor.
