次破第二共業相合。先牒總非，「何以故」下釋以顯非。「虛空名遍」直立道理。「若與業」下，徵有齊空，令有亦遍。「若是遍」下，徵令齊遍。「若一切」下，徵令齊合。「不應說」下，責其分合。

Next, it refutes the second, mutual conjunction through shared action. It first restates and generally negates it; from 'Why is this?' downward, it explains to reveal the error. 'Space is called pervasive' directly establishes the principle. From 'If it is with action' downward, it challenges existence to equal space, requiring existence to also be pervasive. From 'If it is pervasive' downward, it challenges them to be equally pervasive. From 'If all...' downward, it challenges them to be conjoined in all respects. From 'One should not say...' downward, it reproaches its partial conjunction.
