「誰是持」下是第三段，合上所少明智能別。誰持、誰破，就行分別；誰真、誰假，就人分別。此舉所知。「有天眼者乃能分別」彰其能知，謂有三乘淨天眼者乃能知耳。

From "who is upholding" onward is the third section, applying what was omitted above to clarify that the wise can distinguish. Who upholds and who breaks is distinguished according to conduct; who is real and who is nominal is distinguished according to the person. This presents what is known. "Only those with the divine eye can distinguish" reveals those who are capable of knowing, meaning that only those who possess the pure divine eye of the three vehicles can know it.
