上來廣辨，「如是」下結，受人可知。上來第一約就無犯以辯邪正，自下第二約就有犯以辯邪正。有犯說無，名之為邪；有犯說犯，以之為正。

The above was an extensive distinction; from "Such" and below concludes [it]; the persons who receive [them] can be known. The above was the first, distinguishing the heterodox and the correct with respect to having no transgression; from here below is the second, distinguishing the heterodox and the correct with respect to having transgressions. Declaring that having a transgression is having none is called heterodox; declaring that having a transgression is having a transgression is considered correct.
