就前邪中，初辯、後結。辯中有五：一說無罪報、二「若言佛說欲行婬」下明婬非過、三「或犯四」下明其諸罪不障解脫、四「如來說突吉羅」下明罪有報是佛怖人而無真實、五「波羅夷至突吉」下明五篇戒非佛所制。下辯正中還翻此五，宜審記之。

Within the former, heterodox [view], it first distinguishes and later concludes. Within the distinction, there are five [points]: first, saying that there is no retribution for offenses; second, from "If one says the Buddha preached that one who desires may engage in sexual intercourse" and below clarifies that sexual intercourse is not a fault; third, from "Or committing the four" and below clarifies that these various offenses do not obstruct liberation; fourth, from "The Tathāgata spoke of duṣkṛtas" and below clarifies that offenses having retribution was the Buddha frightening people and has no reality; fifth, from "pārājika down to duṣkṛta" and below clarifies that the five classes of precepts were not established by the Buddha. Below, in distinguishing the correct, it in turn reverses these five; this should be carefully noted.
